Birthday

I've been celebrating for a couple of weeks but the actualy birthday is here today.  I wore my crazy birthday hat to school today and a child asked, "Whose birthday is it?"  Hummm..Anyway I enjoyed having Joel and Miriam home for the party a couple of weeks ago for the celebration but we missed Jen, Bella, Gabby and Shawn. 

Cowboy Church

We went to Cowboy Church here in Middletown.  It was so much fun.  A meal at 6:30 and service at 7:00 every Tuesday night.  It was inspirational and Eric even got a chance to testify.  probably 75 people there.  Good times. 

82nd birthday

We celebrated my dad's 82nd birthday last night.  We had the poor man put on a goofy birthday hat and had a fire extinguisher for the 82 candles, which we didn't actually put on the cake.  You can see little Dean getting first chance at the icing on the birthday cake.  We had a great time.

Well, here we are at Beans and Blue Grass.  Good cause - raising money for a new industrial refrigerator for the church.  Good fellowship!!

I want to thank all of our family and friends for prayers recently.  I received a good report from the year follow up visit after my surgery for cancer last summer.  I also was able to get the boot cast off my foot this past week.  It truly has been a week of praises.  God is good all the time and all the time God is good.  I appreciate so much the prayers and support from everyone. -Bonnie

Miriam's Graduation

We are so proud of Miriam receiving her Master of Divinity Degree.  You go girl!

Indiana Birthday Party

We had so much fun celebrating Gabby's birthday a little early while the family was in Indiana for Miriam's graduation.

Almost a graduate!

Miriam was "hooded" at the School of Theology.  It was a wonderful worship service and exciting to see her one step closer to graduation. 

New with the Newells

Well, we have two new things...Eric has a beard and looks very distinguished.  He started it on spring break.  Bonnie fractured her foot while we were in Phoenix.  She missed a couple days of school, but has a foot boot type of cast.  She is back to school but comes home and keeps her foot elevated most of the evening.

Spring Break

These are some of our favorite pictures of our week in Phoenix.  Bonnie, Miriam and Bella planted flowers.  Eric and Bella had fun in the tunnels at the Children's Museum.  We love the picture of Gabby and her reflection in the mirror at the museum.

Spring Break

We are having a wonderful spring break in Phoenix with family. Miriam joined us so we have everyone but Shawn with us this week.  We have had lots of activity with Bella and Gabby and our week is only half over.  Here are a few pictures of our fun times!
